You may browse the site without an account. To place orders and track shipments, you may need to register and provide accurate contact and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Products and information
We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. Product availability is subject to stock; we reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders where necessary. Technical advice on the site or from our team is provided in good faith but does not replace the manufacturer's documentation.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Taxes, shipping fees, and promotions are applied as displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed according to the method selected unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate orders.
5. Orders and confirmation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or by dispatching the goods. We may cancel or amend an order if a product is unavailable, if pricing was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or to your authorised recipient. You must provide a reachable phone number and accurate address; failed delivery attempts due to incorrect details may incur additional charges.
7. Returns and warranty
Returns are handled according to our Return Policy. Manufacturer warranties apply where stated on the product. EvoLink will assist with legitimate warranty claims but is not responsible for defects arising from misuse, unauthorised repair, or normal wear of consumables.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to submit false orders, to scrape or disrupt our systems, or to infringe intellectual property rights. Content on the site (text, images, logos) is owned by EvoLink or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EvoLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes and governing law
