Browse the catalogue, add items to your cart, and complete checkout with your delivery details. You can also open any product page and use Order via WhatsApp to send us a ready-made enquiry. For bulk quantities, contact us directly for a quotation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown at checkout and may include cash on delivery and other methods supported on the site. For corporate accounts and large orders, payment terms can be agreed when we prepare your quote.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location — Damascus is typically faster; other governorates may take longer. You can track progress from My Orders in your account.
Can I order in bulk for my company or school?
Yes. EvoLink supports B2B and institutional orders. Email [email protected] or call us with your product list and quantities. We offer tailored pricing and can arrange recurring supply where needed.

Are your printers, ink, and supplies genuine?
We source from reputable suppliers and list clear specifications for each item. If you need a specific brand, model, or compatibility confirmation before buying, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. Opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.) generally cannot be returned unless faulty.
What are your opening hours?
Our showroom and phone lines are open Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We are closed on Friday. WhatsApp messages outside hours are answered on the next working day.
