We work to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery times and fees may vary by location and order size.
Delivery coverage
We deliver throughout Syria — Damascus and other governorates. For areas outside Damascus, the estimated delivery window and shipping fee are confirmed when your order is approved.
Order processing time
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after confirmation, depending on stock availability. Orders containing special items or large quantities may require additional time — we will notify you before dispatch.
Shipping fees
- Delivery charges depend on your area and the weight or size of the shipment.
- Shipping fees for your address are displayed before you confirm your order.
- Bulk and corporate orders: shipping costs are included in your quotation where applicable.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours. To check the status of a shipment, visit My Orders in your account or contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
