We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If there is a problem with a product or it does not match its description, please read the policy below.
When returns are accepted
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was sent (different from what you ordered).
- The product does not match the specifications listed on the site.
When returns are not accepted
- Consumables that have been opened or used (ink, toner, paper, etc.) unless defective.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage.
- Products ordered correctly and in working condition, except where a manufacturing defect is proven.
- Custom or special-order items agreed in writing, unless faulty.
How to request a return
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved returns may be resolved by replacement, repair (where applicable), or refund depending on the product and stock situation. Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible, within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item.
